- Manage all production activities including rollout of new SaaS products, testing deployment packages for release to production, backend troubleshooting, development and maintenance of automation tools.

- Collaborate with R&D teams to automate and optimize service availability, scalability and performance.

- Launch a new automation tool that reduces 30% of the repetitive incidents and lead a team of 3 to develop it using agile methodology/Scrum.

- Coach and train new members on the production processes, deployment procedures and incident management.

- Partner with management in the recruitment and selection of new team members.

- Manage escalations, assign workload and maintain high levels of employee morale and motivation.
